Accepted payment terms are VISA, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, Pay Pal, cashier’s check, money order and personal checks. Allow 10 days for personal checks to clear prior to shipping. Any account having a check returned due to insufficient funds will AUTOMATICALLY be changed to C.O.D./CASH status. In addition, a returned check fee of $25.00 (US dollars) will be assessed. COD orders will be accepted if paid by money order or certified bank check only. Customer is responsible for shipping charges on refused C.O.D. orders and will be required to prepay future orders.  Indiana residents will be charged 7.00% sales tax on all orders, unless a Retail Merchant Certificate is submitted to Innovative Performance Technologies.

 

Warranty

Thorough research, analysis and in-house testing go into the development of our products long before they are approved for the customer. It is throughout this process where potential warranty issues are addressed and accounted for. Although this relentless dedication allows us to supply only the highest quality product, as with most products intended for off-road or competition use, these items are sold “as is”,  without any warranty whatsoever. Implied warranties, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, are additionally excluded.  The entire risk as to quality, performance and application of such parts is solely with the buyer.  Should such parts prove defective, the buyer and not the manufacturer, distributor or retailer, assumes all responsibilities for any loss, damage or injury resulting from their direct or indirect use.  Exceptions to this policy are only those expressly specified for a particular product. All products manufactured by another manufacturer are warranted to the extent of such warranty offered by that manufacturer only.

   

Returns

   All returns, no matter what the reason, must be assigned a RMA (Return Materials Authorization) number within 30 days of purchase prior to return shipping.  Items may be subject to a 10-20% restocking fee depending on their condition and reason for the return. Using all the original packaging, prepare returning item by clearly marking the RMA number next to the address label and include a copy of the original invoice in the package. 

Shipping Error - If you receive the incorrect item contact us immediately to obtain a RMA number. The correct product will then be shipped to you and return shipping will be arranged. The product must be returned within 14 days or be charged to your account. A refund as credit will be issued once the item is returned.

Order Error - If incorrect item is ordered by customer contact us within 30 days of purchase to obtain a RMA number for the returning item. You will be invoiced for desired item (including shipping) and correct item will be sent. All return shipping is prepaid by customer. A refund as credit will be issued once the item is returned. Returned item may be subject to a 10-20% restocking fee depending on condition.
