Ordering / Shipping 

Orders can be placed through our website (, email ( or faxed to 317-838-0825. See “Terms and Conditions” for payment options. Shipments are F.O.B. Plainfield, Indiana via UPS ground and usually takes 3-7 working days depending on location. Options include UPS Red (next day air), UPS Blue (2nd day air), and UPS orange (3rd day air). All orders shipped “NO signature required” unless otherwise requested. Shipping confirmation including UPS Tracking Number will sent to purchaser if email address is supplied. International orders are welcomed, however all customs fees and import duties are responsibility of purchaser and shipping charges will be assessed at time of order.  Due to size and weight, some items may ship freight. Orders received weekdays by 1:00 p.m. EST (Eastern Standard Time, USA) on in stock products will ship same day.
Back Orders 

In the event an item is temporarily out of stock, you will immediately be notified with anticipated shipping date. The remaining order will be fully processed and shipped. Payment for back ordered items and related shipping cost are not due until item is available. Backorders surpassing 90 days will automatically be cancelled unless otherwise agreed upon.

Merchandise Damaged in Shipping

All damages incurred during shipping are the sole responsibility of the carrier and not IPT. Inspect all packages completely at time of delivery and notify driver of any damage. Contact carrier immediately if damage is found after delivery to file a claim. Maintain all packing materials for carriers’ inspection.

Shipments Made in Error

If a product is shipped in error by Innovative Performance Technologies, contact us immediately to obtain a RMA (Return Materials Authorization) number and the correct product will be shipped to you. (Items WILL NOT be accepted without RMA number) Using all the original packaging, prepare returning item by clearly marking the RMA number next to the address label and include a copy of the original invoice in the package. A call tag will be issued; the item will be picked-up and returned using the same freight terms as the original shipment. The product must be returned within 21 days or be charged to your account; a refund will be issued once the item is returned. Product must be in new condition upon return to receive full refund.
